Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the PREDITAS platform, you declare that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PREDITAS.

2. Service Description

PREDITAS is a financial analysis platform that offers: • Historical data and forecasts for companies listed on the B3 (Brazil) and US exchanges • Stock screeners and filters by fundamental indicators • Portfolio tracking and watchlist • Macroeconomic dashboard • AI Agent for financial analysis queries The service is provided as SaaS (Software as a Service), with free (basic) and paid plans. Features and limits vary by plan. Data, forecasts, and insights provided by the platform are strictly for informational and educational purposes. They do not constitute investment recommendations, or financial, legal, or tax advice.

3. Registration and Access

By registering, you agree to: • Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials (password) • Immediately notify PREDITAS of any unauthorized use of your account • Be solely responsible for all activities performed under your account Registration by users under 18 years of age requires consent from legal guardians. PREDITAS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are processed by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize the recurring charge of the corresponding amount to the payment method provided. Cancellations made before the end of the current billing period do not generate prorated refunds, unless otherwise required by applicable Brazilian law. The subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. In case of payment failure, PREDITAS may suspend or downgrade account access after a grace period.

5. User Obligations

You agree not to use the platform to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including securities laws • Collect, copy, or redistribute platform data without express authorization • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software • Share your login credentials with third parties • Transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code • Overload or harm platform infrastructure (denial-of-service attacks, aggressive scraping) • Provide false information during registration or in AI Agent queries • Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the PREDITAS platform, including software, design, brand, proprietary data, and editorial content, are exclusively owned by PREDITAS and protected by Brazilian and international intellectual property law. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the platform solely for personal and non-commercial purposes, as permitted by the contracted plan. Financial data provided by public sources (B3, SEC, etc.) is not owned by PREDITAS, but its compilation, organization, and presentation on the platform are protected by copyright.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

PREDITAS is not a financial institution authorized by the Brazilian Central Bank or the CVM (Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission). Data and analyses available on the platform are provided "as is", without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a specific purpose. Investment decisions are the sole responsibility of the user. PREDITAS is not liable for: • Financial losses resulting from decisions based on platform data or analyses • Errors, omissions, or delays in data • Service interruptions due to maintenance or technical failures • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages PREDITAS's total aggregate liability for any damages arising out of or related to the use of the service shall be limited to the total amount paid by the user in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Account Termination

Users may delete their account at any time in Settings > Advanced Options > Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and all personal data is erased as described in the Privacy Policy. PREDITAS may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with prior notice whenever possible, except in cases of serious violations requiring immediate action.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The parties elect the courts of the City of Porto Alegre (RS) to resolve any disputes arising from this agreement, waiving any other venue, however privileged.

10. Changes to These Terms

PREDITAS may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you at least 15 days in advance by email or by prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the new terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you may terminate your account before the effective date.
